Ingredients
1 Cup Orzo
Green pepper
Celery stalk
Red Onion
Greek / Italian salad dressing
Soy sauce
Method
Boil Orzo and drain. Move cooked orzo into bowl.
Finely dice pepper, onion, celery and mix in with Orzo
Drizzle greek / italian salad dressing and mix
Splash soy sauce to taste and mix

Ingredients
2 Links spicy hungarian sausage (Debrecener?)
2 Green peppers
1 Large celery stalk
1 Medium carrot
2 Large cooking onions
2 Tbsp paprika
2 Medium potatoes
4 Cloves garlic
1 Handfull fresh summer savory
1 Large can diced tomatoes
Method
1. Chop the onion, carrot, celery, green pepper, garlic into very small pieces
2. Brown the onion in a pan / pot. Add carrot, celery, green pepper and cover. Keep cooking under medium to low heat until all are quite soft.
3. Add can of diced tomatoes, garlic, paprika and bring to boil
4. Simmer 5 minutes
