Welcome to GE June 02 2006
As many of you may have already heard, ZENON Environmental was acquired by GE (General Electric) as of June 1st, 2006. Along with the acquisition came the people whom I work with and as such I am now an employee of GE.
Many of us do not understand the nature of such a transaction and what it means to those people who have invested their years with a company like ZENON. For the most part, it appears that ZENON will remain intact for immediate future as a solution division of GE Water & Process Technologies ( GE Infrastructure ). I will still be working in Oakville and there are no plans to relocate the company.
ZENON offers a unique UF membrane technology which compliments the GE Water product line.
