The GE Acquisition of ZENON Environmental March 17 2006
As many of you probably already know, GE (General Electric) has made a bid to purchase ZENON Envionmental this week for $24 USD a share. This works out to be about $656 million USD. This is not a done deal yet as the shareholders have the final say.
